    The taste

Nose Complex; creamy toffee and banana layered with subtle hints of vanilla. Aromas of heather honey and orange blossom laced with fresh vibrant citrus notes. Taste Creamy and mouth-coating; sticky toffee drizzled over stewed pear. Sweet flavours of apricot jam with nuances of peaches and cream complemented bya warming white pepper edge. Finish Delicate and refined, chocolate and tropical fruit lead gently into oak.
