The taste
Nose Delicate Sherry aromas swirl around red apples glazed with sticky brown sugar, layered with delicate herbal undertones, accentuated by subtle floral notes. Taste Intense sweetness coats the palate with bursts of freshly cracked black pepper. Warming cinnamon flavours begin to emerge, with dustings of icing sugar, leading into clove with a slightly drying grassy edge. Finish Full and long; sweetness evolves into a lingering fresh menthol edge.
