The taste

Nose Swirling peat smoke weaves around maple cured bacon laced with thick honey. Sweet and rich lemon curd aromas are gently lifted by flowering Heather and dry hay. Taste Creamy and mouth coating honey, chocolate, and freshly ground coffee complement the warming pepper. Exotic green mango, ripe banana, and coconut flavours emerge and linger. Finish Long, smoky with a slightly drying oak and herbal edge.
