Nose Fresh baked patisserie aromas initially. Marzipan, ginger, and pressed pears immersed in rich vanilla cream. Sweet honey and hints of summer meadow grasses give a delicate balance. Taste Sweet and spicy; initial sweetness is contrasted with a cayenne pepper spiciness. Bursts of vibrant lemon zest mellowed by coconut and creamy ripe banana flavours and subtle warming ginger highlights. Finish Delicate, lingering oak notes fade into hints of cracked black pepper.
