The taste
Nose Warm apple pie dusted with cinnamon and brown sugar weaves together with aromas of stewed raisins, prunes, and dates. Burst of Seville orange adds complexity. Taste Full-bodied and balanced; initially sweet with warming pepper. Toffee baked apple and dark chocolate flavours mix with undertones of fragrant spices - aniseed, liquorice, and cardamom . Finish Liquorice lingers with a toasted oak edge.
