Order Planning, Scheduling & Stock Coordinator

The successful candidate will have:

  •  An HNC level qualification, or equivalent
  • A solid understanding of planning and experience of the production order process, coupled with excellent knowledge of MRP and data maintenance.
  • Be IT literate, specifically competent in the use of Microsoft Office (in particular Office Word and Excel).
  • Food Hygiene certificate is desirable.
  • Familiarity with manufacturing/bottling processes and HMRC regulations is desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail coupled with robust problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage a diverse and busy workload, planning effectively and working consistently to tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge and experience of working in the Scotch Whisky Industry would be an advantage.
