Lying on the mouth of the River Spey, near the town of Buckie, right on the border between the Highlands and Speyside region, Inchgower is one of the less well known single malt whisky distilleries, finding favour amongst whisky makers for its versatility and well balanced profile.
It has delicate notes of fresh citrus, tropical fruit and a creamy, malted milk chocolate note, so is an ideal place to start for those wanting to delve into the highly varied Speyside region. An undiscovered gem indeed.
