Company Statement – September 2020

Neil Urquhart, Chair at Gordon & MacPhail said: “In light of recent events, and in line with our company values, we believe categorically that sexism and sexist comments have no place in society.  As a member of the Scotch Whisky Association we stand shoulder to shoulder with the industry in celebrating and promoting the inclusive nature of Scotch whisky. We value the independence and impartiality of journalistic comment, but we will not engage with any individual or business that does not respect inclusivity and diversity.”
