This cask has gifted the spirit with a delicious blend of strawberry and red apple aromas, complemented by hints of mild spice and dried orange flavours on the palate leading to a hint of mature oak on the finish.

Fresh and juicy strawberry complements velvety white chocolate with an undertone of red apple. Rich vanilla aromas come to the fore and slowly transform into aniseed with a hint of blueberry sweetness.
Smooth; mild spice enhances flavours of dried orange dusted with rich dark cocoa powder. Fragrant hints of crushed mint leaves emerge, evolving into soft tannins and nuances of aged leather.
Medium-bodied and mouth-coating with lingering mature oak on the palate.
