Benriach

The Benriach Distillery traces its roots back to 1898 when it was built as an addition of the adjacent Longmorn Distillery. Economic forces led to its closure within a couple years of its opening; however, the 1960s saw it purchased, reinvigorated, and reopened.

The distillery produces a reputable and robust single malt ranging from light and fruity bourbon matured to a spicier, richer Sherry aged. It remains one of Speyside’s choice single malts thanks to its natural approachability and subtlety; Benriach is definitely a distillery that should never be overlooked.
