Finance Assistant - Accounts Payable

We have an exciting opportunity available for a Finance Assistant – Accounts Payable to join our well-established international business. The successful candidate will be primarily based in Elgin, and this role will provide a fantastic grounding within a fast-paced finance team and will provide general finance support in relation to transaction processing and month end closing processes. The role will principally involve management of the Purchase Ledger, with support provided on the Sales Ledger, Stock control and Payroll functions, as required.

ERP Project Team Vacancies - Fixed Term

Following completion of a recent supplier selection process, we are currently recruiting a team – Project Unity - to deliver an integrated ERP solution throughout the business over the next 2 years, based at our Boroughbriggs Road headquarters in Elgin. Project Unity, a team of up to 9 individuals who will work with external consultants from Cooper Software to design and implement the IFS (v10) integrated ERP solution across the business. These roles will entail an initial 18-month fixed-term contract.
