The Whisky
Clynelish Malt Whisky is highly prized by blenders; it is
the heart of Johnnie Walker Gold Label Blended Whisky. The
stills are larger replicas of the original stills; interestingly
the spirit still is larger than the wash still. The new make
whisky has a waxy, spiciness – any peatiness comes from
the water, as the malted barley is unpeated.
