A refreshing, modern cocktail incorporating the finest Dunkled Atholl Brose Malt Whisky Liqueur.
The flavours of the malt whisky combine fantastically with the crisp citrus notes of the limes. The flavour
is balanced with fresh mint.

Ingredients
8 Mint leaves
1/2 Lime, cut into wedges
2 teaspoons of cane sugar (or sugar syrup)
Crushed ice
2 measures of Dunkeld Atholl Brose
SodaWater (to top up)
Mint sprigs to garnish
Method
Shoogle the mint leaves, lime wedges and
sugar in a highball glass.
Fill the highball glass with crushed ice and
add the Dunkeld Atholl Brose.
