Colour: Golden.
Neat
Aroma: Perfumed with herbal elements, treacle toffee with a hint of hazelnut.
Palate: Rich, coating. Herbal with malt and hop flavours some oakiness present. A delicate fruitiness.
With Water
Aroma: Floral - lavender, polished wood, a little fruitiness on the edges.
Palate: Smoky with herbal flavours, some sherry wood influence detectable.
Body: Complex.
Finish: Turning floral with smoky edge.
Cask Type: Refill Sherry Butt.
